Our rules exist to protect the community and ensure everyone can enjoy VoidHaven. We enforce them consistently and fairly for all players.
Server Rules
Keep the community safe, respectful, and fun.
02LANGUAGE
No inappropriate language
Keep profanity to a reasonable minimum. Any derogatory language toward another member is prohibited. This includes insulting, demeaning, or aggressive remarks.
03CHAT
No spamming
Do not send lots of small messages right after each other. These disrupt the chat and make it hard to scroll through the server. Keep messages clear and readable.
04CONTENT
No NSFW or explicit material
This server is meant to provide a safe place for art, videos, advice, and helpful discussions. Pornographic, explicit, or adult content is prohibited.
05ADVERTISING
No advertisements
Do not send invasive advertising for other communities, streams, or servers. Relevant content may be shared in the media channel only if it offers actual value.
06PROFILE
No offensive names or profile pictures
Keep names and profile pictures appropriate and respectful. Nothing offensive, discriminatory, sexual, or threatening is allowed.
07SAFETY
Threats are forbidden
Threats are prohibited and disallowed. This includes direct threats, intimidation, or messages that could be interpreted as harmful behavior.
08STAFF
Do not disrespect staff
Staff are here to keep the server safe and organized. Harassing, insulting, or challenging staff without proper process will result in punishment.
09PRIVACY
No doxxing
No doxxing. This includes publishing personal information or sensitive details about another member or another server. Respect privacy.
10SECURITY
No botting or destructive behavior
Do not use bots, damaging tools, or destructive behavior that harms the server, channels, or community experience. Keep the environment stable and healthy.
11POLICY
Follow Discord TOS and guidelines
Do not violate Discord Terms of Service or community guidelines. Anything prohibited by Discord is prohibited here as well.
12ETIQUETTE
No excessive pings
Do not excessively ping members, testers, or staff. Repeated or unnecessary pings are disruptive and may lead to punishment.
13TOXICITY
Be mature and respectful
Being excessively toxic, threatening, or cruel toward another player will result in punishment. We expect mature behavior at all times.
14HATE
No hateful or discriminatory speech
Discriminatory hate speech, racial slurs, or hateful phrases are not tolerated. This includes slurs, derogatory remarks, and exclusionary behavior toward any group.
15ACCOUNT
Alts may result in a ban
Participating in the Discord server via alts may result in a ban. Use your main account for community activity unless staff approves otherwise.
16NSFW
Excessive NSFW content is not allowed
Excessively NSFW discussions will result in punishment. Keep the space safe for everyone and avoid inappropriate topics in general chat.
17TICKETS
No troll or joke tickets
Troll or joke tickets will result in instant punishment. Use support channels seriously and honestly.
18SWEARING
No swearing or bypassing filters
No swearing or bypassing racial or offensive language filters. The moderation bot may take action if repeated. There are kids here, so keep it clean.
19RACISM
No racism
No racial slurs, hateful speech, or discriminatory behavior. This includes slur-based remarks, offensive stereotypes, and threats. Violations can result in a 24-hour mute.
20DM
No direct message advertising
Do not DM advertise your servers, websites, or projects. Keep promotion in approved channels only and never in private messages.
Consequences
We enforce our rules fairly.

First-time minor offenses receive a warning. We'll explain what went wrong and how to fix it.
⏸️ Temporary Mute
Chat violations result in brief muting periods. Multiple offenses lead to longer mutes.
🔄 Rollback
Griefing or destruction is immediately reversed. The offender may face additional penalties.
⛔ Ban
Serious or repeated violations result in temporary or permanent bans. Appeals are considered.

Appeals Process
If you believe you've been punished unfairly, you can appeal through Discord's #appeals channel. Include your username, what happened, and why you think the decision was wrong. A neutral staff member will review your case within 48 hours.
Evidence & Logging
We keep detailed logs of all player actions, chat, and staff decisions. When we make a call, it's backed by evidence. Transparency protects everyone—players and staff alike.
Staff Code of Conduct
Staff members are held to the same standards as players, plus additional expectations. They cannot abuse power, and they report to leadership. If staff misconduct occurs, report it immediately to the Admin team.
Community Input
Players can suggest rule changes or improvements. We regularly survey the community and consider feedback. Our rules exist to serve the community—not the other way around.
